wich foil/capacitor to harvest for ribbon ?

wich foil/capacitor to harvest aluminium foil (4 - 6 micron thick) for diy ribbon ?

well it is being asked serveral times when i searched but never a straight anwser.

i tried these



this is metalized film, cant use it for a ribbon :( expensive cap to :(


and


2 layers of really thick aluminum with paper in between. this is even thicker then household foil..... wich is also funny that in the huge can , theres actually a small roll :) it looked like something but they could ahve made the housing 2 as small.

and a cheap bipolar version,



again 2 thick layers of someting wich conducts did not even looked like aluminium. verry thick and heavy


someone have sugestions ?


any brand and type , or image on a succesfull harvested type , so this can be the last time this question is asked would be awesome!:)
