Q on Boolean search

Hi,

I enter this string in the "Advanced Search" window:

"SMPS" AND "EMI" AND "filter"

In the results, the forum software shows: "SMPS" OR "EMI" OR "filter" with a large number of results.

How do I get the AND function to work?
