Next is a VPI JMW 10.5i Classic 3 Tonearm.
This arm was removed from a new table for an upgrade, and has never been used. There are marks on the headshell from mounting a cartridge - I did this to check one of my cartridges for balance on it... you're gonna have to trust me.
This is a 10.5" arm that has Nordost Valhalla wiring standard. The termination box is XLR.
The only cosmetic issue with this arm is the arm rest came loose in shipping, so it marked the base with a marred ring right underneath where it mounts. This is not noticeable unless you're looking for it.
I originally bought this to use with my Garrard 401, but I ended up going with a Tri-Planar instead.
Comes with:
- New bottle of VPI dampening fluid (not pictured)
- VPI alignment jig
- Soundsmith Counter "Intuitive"
- VPI anti-skate mechanism (not pictured)
- Mounting hardware and tools
- VPI rod to align azimuth
