RS1003 triode mode Spice models

Hi,
Based on some measurements of the RS1003 tetrode
in triode mode connection, I made some spice models.
The measurements are from
Tom Schlangen - model 01
Davorin (DIYAudio member) - model 02
there is a slight difference but booth measurements are good
I tested models with Cadence PSpice and it is the graphs in PDF

I used
Photoshop to fix the initial measurements graphs
GraphClick to collect the data in points
TextWrangler to prepare textual datas for matlab script
Matlab sheet from Norman Koren, for get the models
PSpice to make the symbol and circuits to test and export final graphs...
.
Spice models are in TXT format the extensionINC is Include file from PSpice
so it could be exchanged with something else to fit the TXT form of specific
Spice simulator...
