Hafler DH-200 Production Revisions

Hi there,

I recently acquired a pair of DH-200s that I am in the process of rebuilding. As I began the project I found numerous inconsistencies between the amplifiers and the manuals available to me.

I've since set out on a goal of trying to catalog the in-production revisions of the DH-200, but I need help! I currently have access to 2 different versions of the DH-200 manual and I am looking to find other versions. If anyone has a copy of a DH-200 manual, or component list that varies from the ones I currently have I would be very grateful if you could post a scan of the manual, or at least the component lists with some additional information.

I've put together a Google Doc that contrasts the differences in the components lists. I've also done a comparison of the DH-220 and DH-200 typologies, although I did perform a fair amount of speculation in said comparison. Here is the information I have collected so far:
