Ebay Power Supply?

Hello,

I keep seeing this power supply posted on some Ebay seller pages: LINK

I haven't been able to find any impressions of it. It looks as though it'd be very handy. I am not looking for the best possible quality. The price is right and the ability to adjust the voltage is attractive.
