WTB Panasonic SA-XR Receiver

I am looking to simplify my (stereo) home theater set up to eliminate extraneous electronics. I see a clean digital audio path in my future and the "all-digital" Panasonics seem to fit the bill nicely.
Anyone have one they're not using anymore and are willing to part with?
Ideally I'd like one that has a digital out included.
