I'm using a 350-0-350 power tranny and for output tubes KT88s - I'd prefer to run a bit more voltage my instinct wants me to use a 400-0-400 but I'm going to heed the warning. I want to get my loaded voltage up to 400v and I'm thinking that the 350-0-350 wont get me there. Will I be okay running KT88s with that voltage tranny. It's an Edcor XPWR155. I'll be using 5AR4 and CLC filtering.
