LM3886 or this discrete design?

Hi,

I have a professional power amplifier witch the design is attached here. It gives something about 35W at 8Ohm. It's a old design (from 86) used in a low power pro amp.



I was thinking to use it's case and supply to drive a LM3886 gainclone. Will it make any difference about sound quality?
