Help please: need wiring schema for S&B TX-102 TVC

I'm building up a simple TVC with some Stevens and Billington TX-102 transformers that I got a while back, and I can't find the wiring diagram that I printed off their site some years back. They've since taken that page down... :(

I've been in contact with S&B but no information from them just yet. If anyone here has that diagram, I'd be grateful for a copy of it.
