I've just completed the build of a stereo kit using a dual amp board purchased from eBay. I powered it up and I'm getting 30v DC on both outputs.
I can't find anything visibly wrong (shorts, etc) I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting. The chips are brand new and until now, assumed to be functional.
Is there any way to test for a damaged ic's?
