Ultra-Linear SE EL84?

Hi , as a relative newbie , I need a little help reading a schematic. I recently got hold of a Grundig radiogram with stereo so I could use the OPT and valves for an SE amp. The valves are ECC83 and EL84 - just the job I thought. But the wiring on the OPT confused me , and when I downloaded a schematic it appeared to be set up as an Ultra-Linear SE. Or at least , there are three connections to the primary , though not in the usual order with the grid from the 'middle' tap , in this case the B+ voltage goes into the 'middle' and the grid is fed from the bottom (and the anode of the ECC83), anode from the top. Am I right in thinking it is Ultra-Linear? There is also what appears to be an Ultra-Linear type connection on the secondary , with the two speakers on each channel taking their input from different bits of the secondary winding.
I will try and upload the schematic.
If it is an Ultra-Linear setup , are there any designs for EL84 SE UL out there?
And lastly , the control pots are labeled B, H , D ,, could anyone help me sort out what they represent?
